Prime Business Procuration Fees

In most cases we pay the introducer 50% of what we receive from the Lender, as a rule this is 0.5% of the loan amount. Therefore you can expect to receive 0.25% on all completed commercial loans.

We will not always charge the client a fee and it will depend on the complexity of the deal. On large or complex deals we may require direct contact with the client.
